Warranty Policy

Please contact the manufacturer before contacting us for defective items or for warranty issues. All warranties are product specific and vary by manufacturer. Warranty claims are handled solely by the manufacturer. We ask the customer to contact the manufacturer as there will be questions asked, Serial numbers needed, etc. that the manufacturer will need, provided to them that we do not have access to. Many times, the manufacturer may be able to trouble shoot the item with you and help discover why an item is not working properly. It may be that the item is not actually defective, just that it is not set up correctly. 
     Never remove stickers providing serial numbers, etc. These original stickers will be needed if an item needs to be returned. The manufacturer will not accept returns without the original sticker. We have no control over the quality of an item as we are not the manufacturer. If the quality of an item is not to your standards, the manufacturer may be willing to refund you for the item or send a new one to you. 
     An item can be returned to us, if you do not like the item, but may be subject to the return policy rules. We can provide you the manufacturer contact information if you do not already have it. My365Hardware cannot be held responsible for defective products. If you are having problems dealing with the manufacturer, we will assist in any way we can, but you must first go through the manufacturer. DO NOT ALTER OR ADJUST ITEM IN ANY WAY. THIS WILL VOID ANY REFUND/EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT.
