** You will be notified by the email you provided, when your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hrs. for the FedEx system to update and provide accurate tracking information.
Tracking numbers are emailed to the email address provided to us on the order. However, if you have not received this email within 48 hrs. of receiving your shipped confirmation, please let us know and we can get that tracking number for you.
** Items too large or that weigh over 150 lbs. are required to ship freight. If the order weighs 150 +lbs. but still calculates with the shipping estimator located on your check out page, your order may still require to be shipped freight instead of FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. Orders over 150 lbs. may be eligible to be split up into separate orders and shipped FedEx ground. Some larger items may be required to ship FedEx freight. This may be determined by the warehouse at the time of filling the order after the order has already been placed. If there are any processing issues due to the size of the shipment an email will be sent prior to processing and shipping the order. If a response is not received within 72 hrs. the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
There are times when shipping enters the weight and dimensions into the FedEx system, and the cost is more than the customer originally paid. If this is the case, and more shipping is required, you will be notified. Shipping cost will need to be paid before the order can ship. We are very sorry if this happens. We can not always guarantee the shipping cost is correct on orders where the item may be larger or oddly shaped. These items tend to take more space in the truck and require higher shipping cost by FedEx.
